1. Electronic Payment Options:

We offer multiple electronic payment options, including:

• Zelle: Easily transfer funds directly from your bank account using the Zelle platform.
• CashApp: Make secure payments using the CashApp mobile application.
• Venmo: Send payments quickly and securely through the Venmo app.

Customers can choose their preferred electronic payment method for added convenience.

2. Credit Card Payment Link:

For added convenience, customers can opt to have a credit card on file. We provide a secure payment link that allows customers to securely input their credit card information for automatic billing after each service.

Customers will receive a text with a payment link after each completed job, making it easy to settle their bill online.

3. Cash or Check Payments:

Customers who prefer to pay with cash or check must provide payment at the time of service.

We kindly ask cash or check customers to have payment ready upon completion of the job, checks payable to Manning and Sons.

4. Billing and Late Payment Policy:

Customers on monthly billing accounts enjoy the convenience of automatic billing after each service.

Customers not on monthly billing accounts must settle their bill promptly. Payment is due at time of service.

A late fee of $15 will be assessed for payments not received within 30 days.

Customers are reminded that exceeding 2 service rotations without payment is not permitted.

5. Collections and Lien Policy:

Any outstanding balances not paid within 90 days may be sent to collections, or a lien may be filed against the property.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage customers to communicate any payment issues or concerns promptly.
